Well, well. Looks like Mandana has yet ANOTHER Green Flag advert. Green Flag's PR rep said they would be putting the commercials on their website and they weren't joking. Green FlagYou can see the little Flash player there and an advert will load when you load the page. There seems to be only two available right now - one with MJ and one without. If you get the other advert at first, just watch it and then click "Play Next" when it's over to see Mandana's commercial. Still no words from her, of course. Have these people not heard her speaking voice?? Or, maybe that's the problem. Maybe they were afraid that, if she spoke, people would pay too much attention to her and forget the point of the advert. I'm starting to feel bad for the guy who plays her husband. He had to sit through withering stare after withering stare. After just one of those, I'd be an apologetic mess.

I'd love to see the outtakes wouldn't you?? I think they are a really funny set of adverts. Shame they don't seem to be being aired on British TV! Not caught sight of any of them either on terrestrial or satellite channels. Most odd.

I don't know about the third advert, but the first two (and I suspect the third) were done by Greg Popp who has won tons of awards for his commercials, and this Green Flag work is the first time he's done UK adverts. I think they've got a great "talk" value to them- you don't immediately forget what it was when it's over. And more importantly, you don't immediately forget WHAT they were advertising, even though you never see nor hear the two actors with the product. It's really quite good. And, of course, what a brilliant choice in casting. Not only is Mandana so fantastic with her expressions, but the actor playing the husband is equally up to the task.
