I've been meaning to take a camera to one of my local grocery stores, because they are a goldmine of poor spelling on their signs. Green Gaint, anyone? (We have a vegetable canning company here called Green Giant. Not Green Gaint!) But after using my camera phone to take the photo below, it's half decent, so I might just use it instead. Stay tuned! ;D This is from my sporting goods store. Now keep in mind the number of hands this advertising poster had to pass through before getting the okay to be sent off to the printers. Think of how much money Reebok pays to have this stuff done. Try not to think how much more money these people make than you to come out with gems like this: Unless, of course, "faom" is some new Swedish shoe technology. If so, my apologies.

We were watching the British version of The Apprentice the other night. The challenge was to buy £250 worth of fruit and veg and turn it into a profit. One team made up a pasta dish to sell to Londoners for lunch. The calk board declared "vegatable pasta".
My pet hate is people who write things like "hope your ok" instead of you're. It's a really common error and drives me nuts!
