That's still the old site, top. Hopefully we'll have something new to see sometime this week.

Yeah, that was my mistake- the first time I put the link up, it was the wrong address. (I thought it was .co.uk when it's just .com) I edited it with the right address, so that was why it looked like it brought you to a new site. Sorry 'bout that!

Lots of familiar faces in the clip. Pity the one we wanted to see wasn't there.

Lots of familiar faces in the clip. Pity the one we wanted to see wasn't there. Still no sight of the new Rogue Films site (that's an awkward use of "sight/site" ). I'll wait until the middle/end of this week coming up, then politely email Alex again.

So cross your fingers, people!! Let's hope it's a finished site when it's launched and not just an 'under construction' message on all pages

Well, Rogue Films new website is finally there and Mandana is in it! Clearly filmed during her 'Nikki' days. Definately the 2 missing minutes! Not at the beginning, as we thought, but right before the Dad takes his daughter to the picnic.
Kudos to MJFC for tracking this whole thing down.
ETA - Is it my imagination or does she even appear to be wearing one of Nikki costumes??? Maybe she filmed it in a lunch break ;D

She does do 'uncomfortable' or 'ill at ease' very well. Also two very tall actors. She looks positively tiny at the side of them both.

Here's the link for you lazy sods who don't want to go find it. Occasional StrongI agree that it's a Nikki shirt, top! I was looking for a screencap of the shirt she wore in Bad Girls that looked exactly like the one she wears in this clip but can't find one. I'll search around a bit and see if I can put up a comparison. Whooo! I'm so glad we finally got to see it! It's not much, but it's another lovely piece of the puzzle- a real find for those of us who are Mandana archaeologists.

Here Mandana has a similar shirt except it is v-neck. She does look cool standing there leaning against the door with her hands in her pockets. In BG series 2 Nikki has a u-neck shirt. I think it's that scene when Nikki is waiting in line at the servery and she notices Helen outside the bars. She says do you wanna come over to my place?(paraphrasing).

I don't quite understand why the broadcast version on You Tube had her two minutes cut out. Ok, I suppose it was for commercial breaks or something like that, but I think it works better with her scene left in, and I'm not just saying that as an MJ fan. When I saw the You Tube version, I thought the cut from the gangster to the man & daughter on the picnic was too abrupt. As in, I literally thought "What is this?!" This way we get it a bit easier, in my opinion: he's a divorced father taking his daughter out for the day. And we get to see Mandana.

So cutting out a scene for "time" just makes me shake my head.

I know Rogue Films have it listed as 2003 but it can't possibly have been filmed then. Other listings have it as 2000/1 which makes far more sense. Mandana has, clearly, had long hair since she finished filming as Nikki.
The only occasion I have suspected a wig of any sort was when she played Janet in Born and Bred and that was more hair extensions that a full wig IMO. If you look at the sequence of her appearances - from CUFA on - her hair got progressively longer and lighter. At no point has she been seen with short, black hair since 2000.
Not that it matters......... ;D
